Would you like to consult our Norwegian customers while working among palm trees and white beaches? And do you want to boost your knowledge regarding IT and sales while being part of a fast-growing, worldwide company?

You will join our sales department, located at our office in Cebu. Here, you will be part of a young, energetic and helpful Scandinavian team whose primary concern is our customers’ well-being.

Your task is to use live chat, e-mail and the phone to talk to customers who consider cancelling their subscription – or have already done so. During a normal day, you talk to both CEOs from large corporations and the local hairdresser. By listening to their needs and concerns, you find the right solution for them to stay with us. There are no canvas sales involved.

We work hard to help our customers, but we also play hard after work. Having around 300 sunny days a year, we socialise a lot and take adventurous trips into the jungle, dive with whale sharks or relax by the pool.

Plenty to look forward to – and plenty to learn

Within the first 2-4 weeks, you will be part of our coaching programme, where you will learn a lot about IT, our products and services.

You’re a go-getter, not a specialist

Maybe, you are just really into IT and talking to people. Maybe, you even have experience as an IT-supporter or have created your own website using basic HTML and CMS. Or, you have a strong technical knowledge and know the difference between an Exchange and a POP3 server. Most importantly, you:

  • Have a strong sales profile – you don’t need to be experienced since you will receive training and coaching from us
  • Can communicate both verbally and in writing in Norwegian and English – the most important thing is Norwegian since you will be talking to Norwegian customers every day.
